Commis de Partie (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to the instructions of the chef de partie or executive chef
• Ensure professional mise en place independently.
• Responsible for optimal production processes.
• Comply with hygiene and safety standards.
• Responsible for the proper handling of food and work materials

Your profile:

• Relevant professional experience in the hotel and catering industry
• Completed vocational training as a chef is an advantage
• High service and quality orientation
• Excellent communication skills, confident and winning manner
• Can-do attitude and hands‑on mentality
• Team player
• Very good knowledge of German and Italian, English language skills are an advantage

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
