Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist section chefs (Chef de Partie) in preparing ingredients and dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the workstation and kitchen.
• Handle and store food according to HACCP guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and high‑quality service.

Requirements

• At least 1 year previous professional experience in a similar role in a luxury environment, or relevant school internships.
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and non‑verbal.
• Emotional intelligence: sensitivity to guests' and colleagues' needs, and ability to adjust style accordingly.
• Ability to manage own emotions in challenging situations.
• Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and propose solutions.
• Willingness to try and adopt new methods.
• Team player, collaborative, willing to share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback.
