Are you passionate about marketing and sales and looking to deepen your expertise while working in a dynamic international environment?

Our Commercial Young Professional Program offers hands-on experience across marketing and sales functions, giving you a comprehensive view of both areas and their strategic interfaces.

This is you

• With a completed degree in Business Administration focusing on marketing, sales or communications or similar academic background
• You have already successfully completed an internship or a temporary position in the field of Marketing / Sales or a similar area
• A passion for working in an intercultural context is something that describes you
• You are highly adaptable, fast at picking up new tasks, and driven to complete them effectively
• With flexibility and willingness for assignments abroad or (inter)national business trips
• Last but not least, you speak English very well (C1+)? Great! Additional European languages are a plus!

This is our program and what you will do

• As part of a one-year individual career journey through an extracurricular internship, you will complete two rotations in Marketing and Sales. Following this experience, there is a strong opportunity for you to continue with us and further develop your career through an additional assignment at our global headquarters in Mettlach, Germany
• Sales: Work alongside our sales team to build strong customer relationships, explore new business opportunities, and help drive revenue growth
• Marketing: You will support the creation and coordination of marketing activities that promote brand visibility and work closely with sales and pricing to ensure consistency and impact
• You'll take on challenging tasks in day-to-day operations as well as cross-functional projects and build a broad network within the company
• In addition to developing and learning by doing on the job, you’ll also strengthen your professional knowledge and soft skills through our accompanying young professional program

• Allowance: Expense reimbursement based on experience and meal vouchers.
• Location: Milan, Via Giosuè Borsi 9 (with the possibility of remote working in agreement with your tutor).
