Blossom is a strategic consultancy working with brands, companies and international organizations to design communication strategies, campaigns and high‑impact transformation projects. We work with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects, across private sector, non‑profit, public institutions and global organizations.
To strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for a Bid & Proposal Specialist with strong commercial sensitivity and solid experience in proposal writing.
Analyse tenders, RFPs / RFQs and commercial briefs to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, required documentation and deadlines.
- Prepare tenders and commercial proposals for institutional and private prospects, defining structure and table of contents and coordinating internal contributions together with the Head of Sales.
- Write and revise technical and commercial offers, including strategic approach, methodology, workplan, team structure, case studies and budget proposals.
- Handle formatting and layout of documents (Word / PowerPoint), ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update an internal content library (standard texts, case studies, CVs, recurring sections), tracking tenders, proposals and outcomes to support analysis and continuous improvement.
- You hold a degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field.
- Sales / Tendering Team within an agency, with direct involvement in tenders, RFPs, proposals and commercial offers,
- or as an Account / Project Manager with commercial responsibility for clients (business development, upselling) and active participation in proposal and budget preparation.
- You have hands‑on experience in writing proposals, tenders, commercial offers or client presentations.
- You have excellent command of Italian and English, with strong writing, editing and synthesis skills in both languages.
- You are proficient in Word and PowerPoint for complex documents and presentations, and in Excel for tables, budgets and timelines.
- You are accurate, organised, detail‑oriented and used to working under tight deadlines on multiple projects in parallel.
- A role within the Sales Team, working closely with strategy and creativity on complex, international projects.
