Commercial & Professional Marketing Specialist - Sleep & Respiratory Care (Triveneto)
Promoting Sleep and Respiratory Care (SRC) products and solutions in the assigned area (Triveneto ) and optimizing sales, margins, market share, and customer relationships to ensure long‑term profitability in the targeted territory. In addition, you will ensure that customers (e.g., clinicians, technicians, operators, agents, Home Care Providers) are properly trained and supported. You are a part of the Local Commercial & Professional Marketing team, directly reporting to the Commercial & Professional Marketing Lead.
Responsibilities
- Manage customers and clinical stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Support and develop dedicated commercial, marketing, and educational activities for prescribers (in collaboration with Business Partners) and Home Care providers to achieve sales and marketing targets in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to customers (prescribers: pneumologist/neurologist, nurses, physiotherapists, etc.) to obtain direct feedback on Philips solutions, local tenders, Home Care Provider penetration, and competitors.
- Support and follow the clinical community/hospitals in the assigned zone to expand sleep and ventilation therapy adoption.
- Train all customers (prescribers and Home Care Providers) to ensure stakeholders receive high‑quality training for optimal product usage as indicated by the IFU.
- Develop strong relationships with the field commercial organization of business partners to enhance adoption of Philips SRC solutions.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating customer segmentation profiles in the CRM.
- Monitor local market trends, market share, and prescription dynamics to define commercial and marketing strategies and increase Philips adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, or equivalent experience in a technical background.
- Previous experience as a sales/technical specialist in the medical sector is preferred.
- Experience in the home‑care market is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) is required.
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and able to manage own workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) in addition to Italian as the local language.

We believe that we are stronger together than apart. Field roles are most effectively performed outside the company’s main facilities, typically at customer or supplier locations, so in‑person activities are expected at least three days a week at customer locations or the office.
