Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing – Commercial Operation Specialist

Location: Vimodrone (MI), Italy. Full‑time, salary: Ticket Restaurant 8/day, smartworking available. Salary includes welfare and professional development support. Contract is one year beginning February.

Overview

Commercial Operation Specialist supporting the Sales team in BioPharma Medical Device and Biocide markets. Primary responsibility is daily client support (phone, email) and coordination with internal units.

Responsibilities

• Direct contact with external and intercompany clients for Lab Access platform support.
• Assistance to sales team and technical secretarial offices in offer setup, test code handling and sample management.
• CRM data maintenance and client request handling.
• Interface with various company departments to resolve logistical and administrative issues.
• Support unit compliance in sample processing within the company LIMS.
• Manage confidentiality agreements and commercial documents (MSA, GTS, supplier qualification questionnaires, bidding administrative envelopes).
• Support commercial direction, Inside Sales and Commercial Operations in defining team operational flows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Bioengineering or other scientific field.
• Minimum 2‑3 years customer care/service experience.
• Commercial client communication skills.
• Monitoring and follow‑up of work progress.
• Excellent English language skills (interview conducted in English).
• Proficiency with office software.
• Interest in a dynamic office environment and interpersonal relations.
• Residence in Milan or surrounding area (Vimodrone).
