Commercial Development Manager - Private Commercial Jets

Are you passionate about private aviation and driven by winning new business? We are an international leader in private jet solutions, and we're expanding our presence in Italy. We're seeking a Commercial Development Manager to join our Milan office and lead commercial growth across the country.

About the Role

As Commercial Development Manager , you will focus on developing new business opportunities for private commercial jets (approx. 20-seat capacity). You'll work closely with senior leadership to identify prospects, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions for corporate and VIP travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development across Italy for private commercial jet services.
  • Identify and engage with corporate clients, brokers, and high-value prospects.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
Ideal Background
  • Experience working for private jet brokers, charter companies, or airlines .
  • Strong understanding of private aviation and commercial jet operations.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within aviation.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
