Commercial Manager (m|f|d)

For our subsidiary in Milan (Italy) we are looking for a COMMERCIAL MANAGER (M|F|D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee commercial management in compliance with internal policies and established standards.
• Consolidate business areas, with a focus on the integration of international subsidiaries and entities.
• Implement processes and procedures for optimal commercial operations.
• Lead reporting activities and develop systems for the implementation and refinement of reporting structures.
• Close coordination with consolidation team & managing directors of the parent company.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience with financial due diligence, business valuation, and project management in long-term projects.
• Native speaker Italian & fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of business consolidation and process implementation.
• Analytical skills and experience with reporting, including setup and ongoing improvement of reporting systems (Italian & IFRS GAAP).
• Advanced degree in Finance and Business Administration or related fields, preferably with international experience.
• Experience in Italian Tax System.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive and ambitious mindset.
