Commercial Lawyer

GRS Recruitment is working on behalf of a boutique and rapidly growing law firm in Nicosia, with a strong reputation in corporate and commercial law and a solid portfolio of local and international clients. Due to continuous expansion, the firm is seeking to recruit a Commercial Lawyer to join its highly professional and client-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced professional to be part of a modern and dynamic practice that values initiative, precision, and collaboration.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in the drafting of agreements, legal opinions, and a range of legal documents for local and international clients.
• Providing legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
• Conducting thorough legal research as required.
• Liaising and coordinating with clients, external advisers, and public / regulatory authorities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• LLB (Hons).
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• LPC or BPTC qualification will be considered an advantage.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in both Greek and English, written and verbal.
• Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with international and institutional clients.
