Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the Commercial Finance team in key FP&A activities. This role will play an important part in ensuring accurate and timely reporting, pacing and planning deliverables across commercial finance.

Key responsibilities:

• Support orders pacing and QMI processes, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates;
  
• Support preparation of dashboards, reports, and planning templates (AP, LRP, SRP etc);
  
• Contribute to closing pulse activities, consolidating data and highlighting key variances;
  
• Maintain and update internal databases and trackers used for reporting and planning;
  
• Prepare review pages and materials for leadership discussions and performance reviews.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college;
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
  
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data quality;
  
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment;
  
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills;
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
