We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of commercial excellence and customer engagement models and processes, supporting a structured and data-driven approach to business decisions.
Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical and Global teams , this role will help translate data, market evidence and strategic priorities into concrete actions and measurable improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Support the evolution of segmentation, profiling, sizing and territorial deployment models in line with business strategy
- Define and monitor customer engagement plans , commercial objectives and field force performance KPIs
- Analyze sales, performance and customer engagement data , generating both routine and ad hoc analyses to support business fine-tuning
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, DWH, Qlik and Veeva
- Translate business needs into market research and customer insight projects , turning findings into actionable recommendations
- Coordinate the design and execution of omnichannel campaigns in alignment with local and global stakeholders
- Support the adoption and effectiveness of digital tools, CRM and customer engagement platforms
- Contribute to the monitoring and optimization of Patient Support Programs and the local implementation of global frameworks and tools
- Coordinate cross-functional projects , ensuring alignment, execution discipline and continuous improvement
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in similar roles, or in consulting with exposure to commercial transformation projects in healthcare
- Strong understanding of Commercial Excellence, Field Force Effectiveness, Customer Engagement and omnichannel models
- Solid analytical skills and experience with BI and reporting tools
- Ability to translate insights into practical business recommendations
- Experience working in cross-functional and international/global environments
- Strong project management capabilities
- Excellent Excel skills and good command of English
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Life Sciences or related fields; postgraduate education in Healthcare Management or Pharmaceutical Marketing is a plus
