We’re looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to drive performance, pricing excellence, and process standardization across our global commercial organization. Reporting to the Group Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll enable sales teams with data-driven insights, best-in-class tools, and consistent ways of working to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Own global commercial KPIs and performance analysis (revenue, margins, pricing, customer performance)
  • Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps, turning insights into action
  • Support go-to-market strategies, pricing, promotions, and revenue management
  • Lead commercial process standardization, CRM adoption, and digital transformation
  • Act as a key interface between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT


What You Bring

  • 8–12 years’ experience in commercial, sales, or pricing roles (B2B)
  • 3+ years in Commercial Excellence or Sales Management roles
  • Strong international exposure and matrix experience
  • Solid expertise in pricing strategy, CRM, BI, and commercial analytics
  • Strategic, analytical, and influential mindset
  • Manufacturing / packaging experience is a plus
  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering
  • Fluent English and Italian;
    French, or Spanish is aplus
