Experteer Overview
In this role you drive Commercial Excellence to support Eaton Mobility's growth, combining sales expertise with process design and technology strategy. You lead Salesforce implementation, define the transformation roadmap, and ensure cross-functional alignment. You shape the end-to-end lead-to-sale process and drive adoption across teams. This position offers a strategic impact on how the Mobility division scales and executes its commercial agenda.

- Lead Salesforce implementation and roadmap planning; evaluate add-ons or integrations for specialized needs
- Drive end-to-end lead-to-sale conversion with governance and cross-functional collaboration among senior regional sales, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders
- Establish a commercial functional roadmap with milestones for process optimization, technology deployment, and adoption aligned to growth objectives
- Lead change management and training for new workflows and tools
- Define KPIs for conversion stages and provide executive-level insights for ongoing optimization
Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, or Business Strategy roles
- MBA or equivalent Executive education preferred
- Proven leadership in Sales Operations, Process Design, or CRM Strategy
- Experience with enterprise CRM transformation projects
