What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a standard playbook for collaboration with strategic channel partners across Europe, ensuring country-level adoption.
  • Define a European-aligned growth strategy with clear organic sales targets for channel expansion.
  • Establish a framework for organizational structure and culture that prioritizes channel growth, including defined sales profiles, targeted training, and strong value propositions.
  • Lead the implementation of strategic projects to drive channel growth across Europe.
  • Analyze local business models and develop recommendations to optimize channel structures and performance.
  • Improve management of ship-through business and standardize commercial best practices across markets.
  • Provide project updates to senior stakeholders and act as a key point of contact for Commercial Excellence within the EU Channel leadership team.
  • Drive growth and profitability across distribution channels through effective commercial strategies.
  • Develop and deploy best-in‑class sales and distribution practices.
  • Optimize channel partner management, pricing strategies, and go‑to‑market models.
  • Analyze channel performance data, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance sales force and channel productivity.
  • Deploy and adopt core business processes, CRM tools, and digital solutions among channel partners to improve visibility, efficiency, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to align goals and execution.
  • Provide training and tools to sales teams for effective channel execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track and promote commercial excellence across distribution.

What You Bring

  • Proven B2B experience with consumables or similar fast‑moving goods.
  • Strong understanding of product distribution models and channel strategy.
  • Commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and business dynamics across multiple countries.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Excel/PowerPoint for business reporting and planning.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Professional fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
