  • Main responsibilities
  • As a Commercial Director, you will be responsible for implementing the global sales and marketing strategy and leading the Commercial organization in Italy. Initially, you will drive sales of Nordberg's first commercial product JULÄINE and maintain relationships with KOLs and key accounts in Italy. You will report to and work closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing Europe, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies. You will also build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and distributors, provide product and technical support to customers, and be responsible for achieving sales targets.

    • Key Responsibilities include
    • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for Italy aligned with global objectives and growth targets.
    • Lead and manage the Commercial team in Italy, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations to achieve individual and team goals. Contribute to sales strategies to drive product sales and meet targets for key accounts.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
    • Provide product and technical support to customers.
    • Attend and present at industry events and conferences as needed.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and initiatives. Assist in training new sales team members.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the aesthetic filler market and competitive products.
    • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science, or a relevant field.
    • 10+ years of sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
    • Experience launching novel products in new markets is strongly preferred.
    • Proven track record in leading commercial organizations.
    • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships.
    • Experience in dermatology or aesthetics is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with aesthetic filler products and the market.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in Italian and English.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
