An internationally oriented industrial company, based in the province of Turin, is seeking a Commercial Director to lead the strategic planning and commercial development of the Group.
The company, distinguished by its diverse product portfolio and strong technical know-how, is currently undergoing a significant repositioning and growth phase in international markets.
The Role
The selected candidate will have broad decision-making autonomy and will be responsible for defining and implementing the Group’s commercial strategy at both national and international levels, coordinating a team of Sales Account Managers and related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market analysis and benchmarking to identify new business opportunities aligned with the Group’s core competencies.
- Development of new clients and markets, aimed at revenue growth and business diversification.
- Definition of the global commercial strategy, with a focus on both existing and prospective clients.
- Coordination of sales, marketing, and customer care functions.
- Management of relationships with strategic clients and industrial partners.
- Monitoring of commercial KPIs and ensuring achievement of financial targets.
- Cross-functional collaboration to enhance the company’s offering and competitive positioning.
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured industrial environments.
- Solid understanding of the automotive sector and its dynamics.
- Technical background (preferably mechanical) with strong strategic insight.
- Proven leadership, operational autonomy, and results orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Spanish preferred
