Founded in 2016, Einride was the first company to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we achieved the first such deployment in the US. Our award-winning technology is now operational across 8 countries, serving some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy to drive lead generation, new business acquisition, and expansion of existing accounts.
• Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
• Operate autonomously to identify opportunities, build relationships, and execute strategies that enhance lead generation and account development.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in selling complex automation solutions, with a deep understanding of the sales cycle and customer decision-making in technical environments.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities, negotiate effectively, and align solutions to client needs.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with a proactive approach to driving results in a dynamic market.

This is a full-time position based in Central Europe. We encourage early applications as selection and interviews are ongoing.
