Title: Commercial Director - Animal Health
Location: Italy - Remote with expectation to travel within Italy
Package: €100,000 (negotiable) + Bonus (Package dependent on experience)
Reports to: CEO
Responsibilities
- Commercial Director opening with a global pharmaceutical manufacturer operating within the veterinary / animal health market.
- Responsible for managing a team of 100+, with 8 direct reports across Italy.
- Manage relationships with distributors, veterinary clinics, pet shops, pharmacies, and wholesalers.
- Identify and seize new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
- Responsible for preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
Requirements:
- Must have experience within the Animal Health industry - specifically the companion animal sector alongside Bovine and Equine as a plus!
- Must have proven experience leading sales teams.
- Strong understanding of international distribution channels.
