Commercial Back Office Specialist

The Commercial Back Office Specialist is responsible for the operational supervision of the relationship with the customers of the assigned area. Their responsibilities are: 1) Ensuring the correct and complete management of information, documentation and shipments to/from customers. 2) Interfacing with the internal offices and external contacts involved in the product management process.

Qualifications

• Guarantees the execution of all operational activities aimed at customer management, such as activities related to shipments, customer service and returns management
• Supervises the administrative and accounting procedures relating to transactions with customers (such as the processing of orders and payments)
• Collects and manages data relating to the Sales Campaign
• Maintains constant updates on techniques and regulations related to the markets managed
• Has the responsibility of managing the finalization of contracts (franchising, selective distribution, T&C, ..) in collaboration with the area paralegal office and the general counsel
• Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities

Additional Information

Interest in the Fashion & Luxury industry

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint ), Tableau is considered a plus.
