Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, strategy, and closing high‑value deals with top Italian companies
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex and e‑commerce operations transformations
- Engage C‑level executives in meaningful conversations about modernising seamless e‑commerce solutions with automation and AI
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to showcase the power of Commerce Cloud and the wider Salesforce ecosystem
- Exceed sales targets while building lasting relationships that drive customer success
Qualifications
- SaaS Sales Expertise and Industry Knowledge – A proven track record in selling e‑commerce solutions
- Enterprise Sales Experience – Skilled in managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders, and at C‑level
- Strategic Thinking – Ability to drive high‑impact discussions on e‑commerce transformation and digital sales
- Excellent Communication – Strong storytelling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
