Collection Coordinator

A famous Fashion Company is looking for a:

COLLECTION COORDINATOR

You will:

• Coordinate collection development in line with creative guidelines, merchandising briefs, and seasonal calendars.
• Oversee the end-to-end development process, managing Product Managers and Back Office activities.
• Ensure the assortment matches the planned collection structure, content, and price positioning.
• Partner with Supply Chain to support industrialization, providing target costs and technical inputs.
• Prepare price list proposals for senior brand management.
• Supervise prototype, sample, and material production, ensuring budget and timeline adherence.
• Contribute to seasonal product briefs with merchandising and creative counterparts.
• Support collection presentations and sales campaigns by providing technical product information to markets.
• Deliver technical training to key wholesale partners and internal teams.
• Monitor material production, inventories, shipments, and quality issues with Product Managers and Supply Chain.

You might have these requirements:

• Bachelor's degree;
• At least 4-5 years of experience in the role or similar;
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• Passionate about Fashion & Luxury;
• Highly organized, flexible and strong-minded;
• Able to work in fast-paced work environment;
• Good user of MS Office.
