A protagonist in the main strategic programs at a global level, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Operating Unit of the Electronics Division, we are looking for **optical testing technicians** for our office in **Campi Bisenzio**.The selected candidates will be inserted into the incoming department to perform optical and documentary tests to verify the conformity of the incoming material.**The individuals will be responsible for the following activities:*** Perform visual inspection of optics (lenses, mirrors, prisms and windows) coated and uncoated* Verify conformity to the Technical Data Package of purchased or internally produced optical parts* Use company tools for the entry of any Non-Conformities and management of control lots* Manage Non-Conformities, through the convocation of Non-Conformity Review Boards in accordance with company procedures and collaboration with suppliers in the search for the Root Cause and kaizen projects on the specific problems identified* Consult technical documentation* Use testing procedures and technical instrumentation (microscopes, profilometers, interferometers, roughness testers, micrometers, etc.)**Educational qualification:** Degree in Optics and Optometry**Required experience level:** Junior (1-3 years) or Expert (3-5 years)**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Knowledge of ISO10110 standards for optical material inspections* Knowledge of technical instrumentation (microscopes, profilometers, interferometers, centering devices, roughness tester, micrometer, etc.);
* Ability to read mechanical drawings and test data reports;
* Basic knowledge of production flows and related non-conformity management;
* Knowledge of productconfiguration aspects and tools* Basic computer skills;
