The ideal candidate
- Proven experience in a deep tech or agritech startup, ideally spanning both product and operations.
- Strong product intuition and the ability to effectively bridge technical and commercial domains.
- A hands‑on, execution‑oriented mindset, comfortable leading from initial concept through to market scale.
