What do we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
• Minimum 4 years of experience in service and bar operations within premium restaurants
• Energetic, solution-oriented, and outgoing personality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and shift schedules

What will you work on?

• Greet guests warmly and present cocktail and beverage menus.
• Take accurate drink and food orders, offering recommendations when needed.
• Serve cocktails, beverages, and food items efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
• Ensure all drinks are served in accordance with established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, trays, and bar stations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and resolve issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
