Cobbler

For new opening in Tuscany, we're searching for Cobbler, a talent person, who enjoys being customer facing and has a passion for creativity and restoration.

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out all cobbler services on shoes and handbags including repairs, reparation, heel swaps, and certain custom bespoke services;
• Promote products and services on the sales floor by identifying our customer's needs
• Advise customers on the collection and in store cobbler services
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge

Additional Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Retail or other customer service industry preferred
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team player
• English
