Ultimate FantaVerse è un progetto start-up col quale voglio creare una piattaforma next-gen di fantasy football che unisce dati calcistici reali, meccaniche di gioco competitive che ci allontanerà dai fantasy attuali e un ecosistema digitale collezionabile di carte NFT di giocatori. L’obiettivo: offrire un’esperienza profonda e sostenibile nel tempo, con modalità PvP/PvE, progressione del club e una community internazionale.

Descrizione del ruolo

Cerchiamo Co-Founders motivati a costruire il progetto con un impegno iniziale part-time (remoto o ibrido su Udine) che diventerà full-time in futuro. Contribuirai a definire strategia, prodotto e go-to-market, collaborando su design, sviluppo e crescita. È sufficiente eccellere in almeno una tra queste aree:

• Programmazione (frontend/backend)
• Web design / UI-UX
• Web coding (React/Next, Typescript, CSS/Tailwind, ecc.)
• API design/integration (REST/GraphQL, data pipelines)
• Marketing & crescita (acquisizione utenti, contenuti, community, partnership)
• Cyber security
• Aspetti legali generali

Responsabilità principali

• Co-definire roadmap, milestone e priorità di prodotto.
• Sviluppare e/o integrare componenti chiave (web app, phone app, API, dati).
• Disegnare interfacce e flussi utente, prototipi e test.
• Impostare e misurare campagne marketing, community e contenuti.
• Gestire comunicazione con partner, fornitori e stakeholder.
• Contribuire alla costruzione del team e alla cultura interna.

Qualifiche minime

• Forte competenza pratica in almeno una delle aree sopra elencate.
• Capacità analitica e orientamento ai dati (metriche, esperimenti).
• Comunicazione chiara, autonomia e attitudine al problem-solving.
• Mentalità da builder: velocità, iterazione, responsabilità.
• Conoscenza di almeno 1 delle seguenti lingue (spagnolo, italiano e/o inglese).

Plus graditi

• Esperienza con piattaforme dati sportivi (Opta/Stats Perform o simili).
• Web3/NFT, token-gated experiences, wallet/connect (opzionale).
• Esperienza con sistemi di pagamento, marketplace o gaming.

Company Description

Ultimate FantaVerse is a start-up project aiming to build a next-gen fantasy football platform that blends real match data, competitive game mechanics that move beyond traditional fantasy formats, and a collectible digital ecosystem of player NFT cards. The goal: deliver a deep, long-term sustainable experience with PvP/PvE modes, club progression, and an international community.

Role Description

We’re looking for motivated Co-Founders to help build the project with an initial part-time commitment (remote or hybrid in Udine) that will evolve into full-time. You’ll help define strategy, product, and go-to-market, collaborating across design, development, and growth. Excelling in at least one of the following areas is sufficient:

• Programming (frontend/backend)
• Web design / UI-UX
• Web coding (React/Next, TypeScript, CSS/Tailwind, etc.)
• API design/integration (REST/GraphQL, data pipelines)
• Marketing & growth (user acquisition, content, community, partnerships)
• Cyber security
• General legal aspects

Key Responsibilities

• Co-define roadmap, milestones, and product priorities.
• Build and/or integrate core components (web app, phone app, APIs, data).
• Design interfaces and user flows; prototypes and testing.
• Set up and measure marketing, community, and content campaigns.
• Manage communication with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to team building and internal culture.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of the areas above.
• Analytical mindset and data orientation (metrics, experiments).
• Clear communication, autonomy, and problem-solving attitude.
• Builder mentality: speed, iteration, ownership.
• Knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, and/or English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with sports data platforms (Opta/Stats Perform or similar).
• Web3/NFT, token-gated experiences, wallet/connect (optional).
• Experience with payment systems, marketplaces, or gaming.
