Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder at SinAura. The Co-Founder will lead key strategic initiatives, identify business opportunities, and foster relationships with partners and stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, driving sales, overseeing marketing and branding efforts, and contributing to the integration of quantum and hybrid technologies. The Co-Founder will also play a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision, culture, and long-term growth.

- Strong Analytical Skills to understand market trends, assess business opportunities, and solve complex problems
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to foster partnerships and motivate teams
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Proficiency in Research to identify innovative solutions and guide product development
- Leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and a focus on achieving measurable results
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for pioneering technology and creating impacts
- Background in cutting‑edge technology, engineering, or business (at least 3 years), or as a startup founder/co‑founder
- Familiarity with quantum technologies is an added advantage
- Proven ability to work effectively in remote and collaborative environments
