For the MBA Team, we are looking for a CNC Operator Turning.
Within the MBA team, the CNC operator will work as Turner. You will be responsible for your own products, measure your first product, and make adjustments where necessary.

Key Responsibilities The Mechanical Machining Department (MBA) is responsible for producing customer-specific graphite products using CNC machines according to the "copy exact" principle, which applies to both geometric and visual aspects. The department works with highly complex machines, which are standard in principle but become highly specialized when machining graphite.
Your tasks include:
•Producing all products (graphite and silicon) using existing CNC programs, machining instructions, templates, and tools.
•Creating or proposing programs for first-time products.
•Operating the measuring machine, generating reports, and interpreting them.
•Optimizing CNC programs and machining conditions.
•Establishing standard machining methods in consultation to ensure correct product delivery.
Skills Required For this position, it is important to work accurately and have experience working with tight tolerances. Additionally, you should:
• Have an MBO or LBO education in machining.
• Have completed additional basic courses in CNC machining or basic CNC programming.
• Have knowledge of cutting tools.
• Be result-, customer-, and quality-oriented, and open to new programming or machining techniques.
• Have at least 3 years of relevant practical experience as a CNC Operator.
