WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Cluster Product Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be pivotal in executing the regional marketing initiatives in alignment with the Cluster Marketing Plan. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with high standards of integrity, a strategic thinker and a strong communicator with a "can do" attitude. This role will be based in Milan.
YOUR ROLE
- Develop and maintain approved promotional materials to support commercial activities.
- Provide regular promotional updates to the commercial team.
- Create professional, relevant customer-facing presentations, marketing decks, and educational tools for the commercial operations team.
- Support the Italy and Iberia (ITIB) marketing strategy in line with the broader strategic plan.
- Plan and coordinate the company’s presence at key ITIB events.
- Oversee the deployment, implementation, and monitoring of all CRM-related responsibilities.
- Prepare technical documentation to support tender submissions.
- Track and analyze market share performance using CMR, Marketing Intelligence, and Analytics tools.
- Ensure effective implementation of product launch platforms in accordance with the EMEA strategy.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Pharma or Medical relevant exposure and experience
- Skilled on SalesForce, or another CRM
- Italian and English are a must and Spanish is a strong plus
- Good standing and presentation skills
- MS Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Powerpoint)
