Your Main Duties

• Planning, coordination and control of marketing measures


• Support in the implementation and onboarding of new hotel projects


• Ensuring implementation and compliance with the corporate identity in the hotels


• Layout and copywriting of brochures, flyers, newsletters and advertisements (print and online)


• Control of the hotels’ active social media channels and press release


• Planning and implementation of photo shoots and processing of images


• Continuous market and competition observation (benchmarking)


• Organization and supervision of magazine photo shoots for the Italian properties


• Support in the development of PR cooperation


• Monitoring media coverage and other external factors in order to identify potential / actual problems areas or opportunities


• Share and communicate the various existing Marketing projects and activities carried out, internally with the Cluster Italy departments


• Collaborate in the implementation of the Sales & Marketing Budget as directed

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself


• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing - preferably in strategic marketing in the (chain) hotel industry


• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent and project-oriented way of working


• Creativity, service orientation, strong communication skills and organizational talent


• Enjoy exciting challenges


• Very confident with MS Office


• Ability to use the fundamentals of Adobe Creative Cloud and knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop are an advantage


• Very good knowledge of Italian and English
