Experteer Overview

In this role you drive the cluster’s marketing and communications strategy across Ibiza, Rome, and Milan, shaping a distinctive luxury brand expression aligned with Six Senses’ global vision. You lead cross-property teams, oversee campaigns, content, partnerships, and guest experiences, and translate brand storytelling into commercial impact. You’ll partner with commercial leadership to balance brand integrity with revenue growth in a multi‑market environment. This is a chance to influence how Six Senses is perceived at the intersection of luxury, culture, and sustainability.

Responsabilità

  • 8-10+ years in senior marketing roles within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, or related sectors
  • Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Fluency in English; Italian and/or Spanish a plus
  • Proven experience leading multi‑property or regional marketing functions
  • Strong track record in brand building, partnerships, and high‑impact campaigns
  • Deep understanding of luxury audiences and brand positioning
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and develop actionable strategies
  • Strategic, commercial mindset balancing brand and business goals
  • Leadership experience to inspire cross‑functional teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skillsAbility to operate at strategic and executional levels
  • High organization, proactivity, and results orientation
  • EU work permit or EU citizenship; residency in Milan or ability to relocate
