As Account Director USA & LATAM, you will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them and align with our values of local sensitivity, global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun, quirky, and pioneering wellness. You will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development, ensuring all directives, practices, and initiatives are implemented, embraced, and adopted within the resort.

Sales & Territory Management

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share across the assigned territories.
  • Identify and prioritize high‑value opportunities within the region, leveraging competitor analysis and data insights to construct a measured, proactive approach to driving revenue performance.
  • Work closely with the Global Luxury and Lifestyle sales team, collaborating on account planning and sales activations to help drive revenue performance into the cluster hotels.
  • Identify new business opportunities with selected agencies and companies, developing relationships to create new revenue streams and support our market share.
  • Travel to key markets to conduct face‑to‑face meetings, presentations, and events to build relationships and negotiate business on behalf of the cluster hotels.

Account Management

  • Manage key relationships with existing accounts, focusing on luxury consortia agencies, travel advisors, and other high‑value partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all luxury consortia partners and agencies within the region, managing and developing relationships to drive revenue and enhance visibility of your hotel cluster.
  • Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, Six Senses and Luxury & Lifestyle road shows and other trade events.
  • Proactively address client needs as required, acting as a primary liaison between the client and the hotel to ensure a seamless experience on behalf of the guest.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a liaison between the three hotels, working between the cluster and on‑site teams with a focus on clear, consistent communication and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on market trends and performance, target account performance, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 7 years total experience in hospitality or hotel sales, with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • More than 3 years’ experience in a senior sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the business landscape in the USA and LATAM, including cultural nuances and market trends.
  • Fluent in English, Italian, and good Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Valid Italian work permit or EU citizenship is required.

Cluster offices are located in the San Babila area, in the heart of Milan.
