As Cloud Technical Lead in SAS Cloud, drive delivery of hosted and managed SAS environments. You will lead cross‑functional customer engagements, from kickoff to deployment, shaping architecture, configuration, and performance. Collaborate with global teams to ensure service quality, automation, and incident readiness. Drive continuous improvement, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to raise operational excellence. Retribuzione / Benefits

• Lead hosted and remotely managed customer projects from kickoff through go‑live with technical oversight
• Consult on major post‑deployment changes like upgrades and migrations and resolve complex issues
• Define technical requirements to improve stability, monitoring, and adherence to SAS Cloud standards
• Act as SAS Administrator for high‑complexity tasks, manage container‑based apps, and build tools
• Apply ITSM best practices for change, incident, and problem management; maintain runbooks and knowledge bases
• Deliver exceptional customer service and coordinate with support teams and vendors
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to drive team growth and continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment with security policies supporting secure software development

Responsabilità

• Experience writing programs in more than one language
• Two years of end‑user and/or system administrator consulting or first‑level consulting
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Fluency in English and Italian (preferred)
• Right to work in Italy
• Experience in at least four areas: SAS administration or support; AWS and/or Azure; Kubernetes; enterprise software/hardware support or training; UNIX/Linux support for enterprise apps; customer management; large cloud IT systems
