Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Onboarding Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure to support the onboarding, enablement, and continuous technical guidance of new users and teams within a global enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical assistance, ensure smooth adoption of cloud services, and act as a trusted advisor during the onboarding lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new users and teams adopting Azure cloud services.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on Azure fundamentals, resource management, networking, storage, security, and monitoring.
  • Assist users in configuring Azure environments, including subscriptions, access roles, resource groups, and policy applications.
  • Troubleshoot onboarding-related issues across Azure services (e.g., VMs, Azure AD, Storage Accounts, App Services, Databases, Networks).
  • Deliver structured onboarding sessions, technical walkthroughs, and best practices for Azure cloud adoption.
  • Support users with account setup, identity access management, MFA configuration, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and cloud governance teams to ensure alignment with internal standards and cloud frameworks.
  • Document onboarding procedures, FAQs, step-by-step guides, and technical knowledge articles.
  • Track onboarding progress, follow up on pending items, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and propose automation or enhancements where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Azure support , cloud operations, or technical onboarding roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including:
  • Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Virtual Machines
  • Storage Services
  • App Services
  • Virtual Networks, NSGs, VPN Gateway
  • Monitoring & Alerts (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)
  • Experience supporting users in cloud migrations, onboarding, or technical enablement.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across Azure workloads and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and globally distributed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Azure certification(s):
  • AZ-900 (Fundamentals)
  • AZ-104 (Administrator)
  • AZ-305 (Architect) is a plus
  • Experience with automation or scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI).
  • Knowledge of cloud governance, security principles, and compliance standards.
  • Prior experience in large enterprise environments.
