Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a System Engineer with an IT background who will manage IT cloud-based infrastructure projects and services.

As a System Engineer you will work on complex projects for customers, architecting, building, operating and migrating cloud-based infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Install and configure server operating systems and infrastructure to host applications;
  • Support in the management for example implement proactive monitoring (designed and implemented to ensure that no issue occurs);
  • Resolve issues related to the Cloud environments used by the customer and related add‑ons such as diagnosis of any problems in the IT environment;
  • Use trouble-ticketing tools to manage and resolve issues using best practices;
  • Ensure security of data and access to computer systems.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a System Engineer;
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructures, Microsoft Azure preferred;
  • Adept at dealing with customers to manage requirements, planning and delivery;
  • Bachelor or higher degree in a relevant field, with a preference for Computer Science, Information Engineering, Physics, Mathematics;
  • Good written and verbal communication;
  • Good English level, both written and spoken.
