Radnstad Italia is looking for a
CLOUD DATA ENGINEER
to work in the Integrated Data Unit.
Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months.
Salary: approx. €2259 per month before taxes.
Work modalities : office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possiblewithin 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.

Responsability
The interim will:
- support the migration from legacy data collection and database systems to a new cloud-based data management infrastructure;
- develop and optimize Python-based scripts to automate data validation, transformation and migration;
- support the integration of data from multiple sources into unified and reusable database;
- conduct testing and quality assurance of the new environment.
Requirements:
- excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
- excellent knowledge of Python;
- experience with Pyspark is considered an asset;
- previous experience in software development, data engineering and/or database management;
- behavioural competencies: ability to work with others, analysis and problem solving, drive for results.
