• ICT Governance & Organization: disegniamo modelli di governance, ruoli, responsabilità e framework organizzativi per garantire un'efficace gestione delle iniziative cloud e dati;
• ICT Cost Right-Sizing & FinOps: analizziamo le architetture esistenti per ottimizzare le risorse, razionalizzare le piattaforme e introdurre pratiche di FinOps per una gestione intelligente dei costi cloud e data.

At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, society, and colleagues tackle and solve the most current and complex challenges. Experts from Nolan Norton, an IT Strategy company within the KPMG Network, help organizations face digital transformation challenges and implement IT architectures. Specifically, you will join the CIO Advisory Team in Rome, experts in data management architectures and solutions that support CIOs in their digital evolution journey, from strategy to execution and from vision to real value.

• ICT Strategy: We help our clients develop innovative technology strategies and operating models, focusing on the cloud-native and data-driven evolution of information systems;
• Cloud & Data Architecture: We design scalable, secure, and efficient hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, integrated with modern data platforms for enabling analytics and AI;
• Data Management & Modernization: We support the design and implementation of modern data platforms (Data Lake, DWH, Data Mesh), taking care of ingestion, orchestration, cataloging, data quality, and governance;
• ICT Planning & Budgeting: We assist clients in planning technology roadmaps, budgeting cloud and data initiatives, and optimizing ICT spending;
• Strategic Sourcing: We accompany organizations in selecting technology partners and defining service delivery and management models in cloud/data-centric environments;
• ICT Governance & Organization: We design governance models, roles, responsibilities, and organizational frameworks to ensure effective management of cloud and data initiatives;
• ICT Cost Right-Sizing & FinOps: We analyze existing architectures to optimize resources, rationalize platforms, and introduce FinOps practices for intelligent management of cloud and data costs.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

• Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria Elettronica, Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni, Fisica, Matematica o esperienze equivalenti;
• Almeno 3-4 anni di esperienza di progettazione di architetture IT ibride (cloud e on-premise) in contesti applicativi eterogenei;
• Esperienza nella progettazione di architetture dati;
• Competenze sull'integrazione applicativa ed API management;
• Conoscenza dei tools di CI/CD e della metodologia DevOps;
• Conoscenza delle principali tecnologie in ambito Observability, Automation, Infrastructure as Code, Container e Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Esperienza nella progettazione e realizzazione di soluzioni Serverless e architetture event-driven;
• Competenze di Networking e sicurezza in ambienti cloud;
• Conoscenza approfondita di almeno uno dei principali public cloud provider (AWS, MS Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM Cloud);
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese, idealmente approfondita attraverso un'esperienza formativa/lavorativa all'estero.

Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent experience;
• At least 3-4 years of experience in designing hybrid IT architectures (cloud and on-premise) in heterogeneous application contexts;
• Experience in designing data architectures;
• Skills in application integration and API management;
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps methodology;
• Knowledge of key technologies in Observability, Automation, Infrastructure as Code, Container, and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Experience in designing and implementing Serverless solutions and event-driven architectures;
• Networking and security skills in cloud environments;
• In-depth knowledge of at least one of the major public cloud providers (AWS, MS Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM Cloud);
• Knowledge of the English language, ideally deepened through educational/work experience abroad.

Possession of one or more of the following certifications is considered a preferential requirement:

• Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect;
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (or Professional);
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert;
• Google Professional Data Engineer;
• Snowflake Architect Certification;
• RedHat Certified Architect (RHCA);
• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD);
• TOGAF 9.1 (or higher).
