Position: Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) – Protected Categories (L. 68/99)
We are looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to join our Clinical Operations team. This position is reserved for candidates belonging to protected categories under Italian Law 68/99.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Clinical Operations team in ongoing clinical trials
- Assist in completing tasks to achieve project and departmental goals
- Provide administrative support to the Clinical Operations department
- Help Clinical Project Managers prepare regulatory documentation for study approvals
- Organize and manage study documentation
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, CTF, or related fields)
- Interest or experience in clinical research
