Clinical Specialist (m/f/*)-Lombardia

Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The Clinical Specialist (m/f/*) covering the Lombardy territory will primarily be responsible for clinical support, education and training on Solventum medical device solutions into Operating Room, Intensive Care Unit and Oncology clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage.
• Manage the entire tender process, in close collaboration with Bid Office.
• Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to order execution.
• Analyze sales, market and opportunity data to drive and adjust the sales plan.
• Drive utilization of the Solventum product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objective.
• Develop and maintain favorable relationships with key decision makers (physicians, procurement, top‑management, nurses).
• Support product testing and demonstrations.
• Participate in customer events (congress, workshop, hospital meetings, etc.).
• Use an evidence‑based approach in sales calls (scientific studies, health economics, etc.).

Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree (Business or Clinical preferred).
• Previous sales experience in the medical device market.
• Strong knowledge of hospital tender-driven mechanisms and dynamics.
• Value‑selling skills.
• Good presentation and networking skills.
• Good level of English (spoken and written).
• Flexibility to travel across the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM Salesforce.com a plus.

Location: Based in Lombardy.

Travel: May include up to 80% within Lombardy.
