Job Description
Clinical Sales Specialist PI VASCULAR reports directly to the Area Manager North Italy PI. This role is instrumental in shaping and reinforcing the company culture, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer focus, quality, performance, results, collaboration, and accountability. Key Responsibilities
Represent the company positively and professionally Drive market share growth and increase market presence Plan and execute sales promotion initiatives Accountable for quarterly and annual quantitative and qualitative targets (budget and performance) Assists physicians with Operating Room procedures when required Ensure proactive customer engagement by assigned team members Strategic and project‑based support of selected key accounts (KOLs, existing and new customers) Coordinate and ensure compliance with reporting standards and company policies Analyze and oversee sales and commercial budgets Ensure incentive plan parameters are met Implement effective customer segmentation Support product launches and customer onboarding Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with internal stakeholders Plan and execute congress participation and presentations Required Skills & Qualifications
University degree (preferably in a scientific field) or medical/commercial training Minimum 3 years of experience in Peripheral Vascular field in a similar position Sound business acumen Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor Strong analytical and conceptual thinking Goal‑ and performance‑oriented working style Self‑motivated, responsible, and a strong team player Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays domestically and internationally Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken Salary Range
€40,700.00 – €65,150.00 EUR Annual Location
Area of Responsibility: Veneto – Trentino Alto Adige – Friuli Venezia Giulia – Emilia Romagna Primary work location: Milan, Italy (Via Enrico Cialdini). Preferred residence: Friuli Venezia Giulia. Equal Opportunity Employment
