Stevanato Group is seeking a Clinical Business Development Specialist to join our headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD) on a fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the biotech industry and the injectable drug development process. You will play a dynamic and strategic role in driving business opportunities and expanding our clinical development services within the biopharmaceutical sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers within prospective client organizations through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads and initiate sales opportunities.
  • Represent Stevanato Group at international tradeshows and conferences to promote our capabilities and follow up with leads generated through various channels.
  • Drive the early-stage development of new projects related to biopharmaceutical and biosimilar services.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Account Managers, Product Management, Order Management, and Corporate Communications.
  • Foster alignment and build connections with other business units and divisional sales teams across the Stevanato Group to ensure a cohesive customer engagement approach.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities within the CRM system.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields)
  • Solid understanding of the biotech/pharma industry and drug development processes
  • Previous experience in the biopharmaceutical sector is preferred
  • Self-motivated, independent, persistent, and intellectually curious
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
