The part you'll play

You will join our Headquarters in Florence, being part Sustainability department and reporting to the Sustainability Director you will support the execution of the Group’s sustainability strategy with a focus on decarbonization and Net-Zero ambitions, while ensuring excellence and compliance in ESG reporting in line with CSRD standards.

You will contribute to strengthening the Brand’s ESG positioning within the global financial community through best-in-class disclosures. Acting as a key cross-functional connector, you will foster a culture of sustainability across the organization and ensure alignment with evolving ESG regulations and global trends.

You will be responsible for:

Strategy Activation & Decarbonization

• Climate Action: Lead the implementation of the Group’s decarbonization roadmap, focusing on Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reduction.
• Product Stewardship: Coordinate Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Carbon Footprint projects to quantify and mitigate the environmental impact of iconic collections.
• Supply Chain Engagement: Drive ESG integration within the value chain, launching collaborative projects with suppliers to promote renewable energy adoption and sustainable sourcing.
• Thought Leadership: Act as the technical point of contact for prestigious industry bodies, including Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (CNMI), The Fashion Pact (TFP), and Altagamma, ensuring the Brand’s active participation in sector-wide sustainability tables.

Sustainability Reporting & CSRD Governance

• CSRD Orchestration: Coordinate the internal working group dedicated to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), ensuring all disclosures meet the gold standards.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Streamline data collection and qualitative contributions from various departments (HR, Finance, Legal, Logistics, etc), coordinating both internal stakeholders and external consultants.
• Audit Readiness: Ensure all reported information is robust, transparent, and prepared for limited/reasonable assurance by external auditors.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate dialogue with key stakeholders to refine the Brand’s materiality assessment and ensure the reporting reflects their expectations.

ESG Ratings, Rankings & Benchmarking

• Disclosure Management: Lead the annual submission process for major ESG rating agencies, including S&P Global (CSA), CDP (Climate Change & Water), and others relevant to the luxury sector.
• Performance Benchmarking: Conduct continuous gap analyses and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and areas for improvement in the Brand’s ESG scorecards.

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Environmental Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or other relevant fields
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a consulting or ESG management role, with solid experience in both decarbonization projects and ESG reporting
• Strong knowledge of current and forthcoming Regulations on ESG and Sustainability
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Self-motivation and proactivity
