Overview
As the Client Style Advisor at Stella McCartney’s Milan Rinascente corner, you will act as an ambassador for the brand, maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and driving sales results. You will ensure every client experiences a unique luxury in‑store visit aligned with the “Style it like Stella” selling method. Responsibilities
Provide excellent service by applying service values and standards. Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators. Use sales techniques such as cross‑selling to drive results. Deliver a personalized luxury experience, ensuring client satisfaction. Manage client needs through effective communication and exceed expectations. Maintain product knowledge on current collections and trends. Handle customer complaints, seek assistance, and resolve issues to satisfaction. Develop and manage a personal client portfolio and CRM activities. Score at least 90% on mystery shop reports as primary Client Style Advisor. Understand and follow company policies, procedures, PCI compliance, security, health and safety regulations. Maintain presentation in line with uniform and grooming standards. Replenish stock, support visual merchandising, cycle counts, annual inventories, shipments and transfers per procedures. Perform additional ad‑hoc duties as required within the role’s responsibilities. Qualifications
Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, French, Arabic are a plus). Sales experience, ideally within a luxury brand and/or outlet retail. Experience in a face‑to‑face customer service role. Ability to adapt to frequent change and high‑pressure environments. Motivation to work as a teammate toward shared goals. Strong clienteling (client relationship) skills. Salary and Benefits
