This is a senior, sales‑aligned role focused on positioning Oracle Consulting services, shaping complex opportunities, and ensuring alignment between customer expectations, sales commitments, and consulting delivery capabilities. The role requires the ability to engage credibly with C‑level customer stakeholders while also orchestrating and aligning internal Oracle stakeholders across Sales, Consulting, Architecture, Delivery, and Partners.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting sales, services sales, or enterprise technology sales
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C‑level and executive customer stakeholders
  • Strong experience navigating complex internal stakeholder environments within large, matrix organizations
  • Foundational technical understanding of:
    • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
    • Oracle Database platforms (on‑prem, OCI, Autonomous, Exadata positioning)
    • Multicloud and hybrid architectures (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
    • Cloud migration, modernization, data, and AI use cases
  • Ability to articulate solution value and architecture intent without low‑level design or delivery ownership
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling large‑scale migration and modernization programs
  • Exposure to AI‑enabled transformation initiatives as part of cloud and data strategies
  • Experience in regulated or mission‑critical environments
  • Oracle experience or certifications (OCI, Database, AI) are a plus

The Senior CSE plays a key role in connecting customer strategy, Oracle technology, and consulting execution.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Enable and support consulting sales motions related to:
    • OCI adoption and cloud migrations
    • Application and database migration and modernization programs
    • Multicloud and hybrid architectures (OCI, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
    • Data, analytics, and AI‑enabled solutions as part of broader transformation initiatives
  • Position Oracle Consulting value by defining high‑level solution approaches, delivery models, and service scopes, in collaboration with architects and delivery leaders
  • Shape deals by clearly articulating value proposition, scope boundaries, assumptions, risks, and dependencies
  • Act as a trusted advisor for C‑level and senior customer stakeholders, facilitating strategic discussions on transformation roadmaps and investment priorities
  • Coordinate and align internal stakeholders (Sales, OCTech, Architecture, Delivery, Partners) to ensure consistency and feasibility of proposed solutions
  • Support the preparation of proposals, statements of work, and non‑binding estimates, ensuring commercial and delivery alignment
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery, maintaining clarity of commitments and expectations
