Client Services, Senior Manager

• You are responsible for managing, advising, and strategically developing our client relationships
• You independently create compelling sales pitches and present them to our clients
• You are responsible for the economic sustainability of your client portfolio, with a strong focus on fees and margins
• You prepare reports and project evaluations, analyze performance results, and identify optimization opportunities
• You manage projects end-to-end, ensuring the internal team is fully aligned on quality standards and deliveries are consistent with agreed timelines and expectations
• You develop new sales strategies and actively contribute to improving project workflows

• You have at least five years of professional experience in sales or client management and consulting in a social media agency
• You enjoy creating calculations and reports to identify optimization opportunities and proactively drive growth
• You have proven experience in leading client relationships at a strategic level and can navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence
• You bring strong business acumen and are able to balance client needs with agency profitability while maintaining long-term partnerships
• You are a true team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Italian and English
