Position

We offer a key role within our network.

This position as Client Service Executive is important and values your experience in field marketing. You will showcase your managerial qualities and your ability to remotely manage a team on the ground to achieve specific business objectives.

You will work at our Milan headquarters in state-of-the-art spaces and can also operate remotely thanks to new smart working policies, because CPM Italy believes that your results depend also on the quality of your life.

What will you do exactly?

• Manage operationally a network of merchandisers/store accounts across Italy based on client needs.
• Coordinate your field colleagues to optimize their work and communicate with the brand to meet shared goals.
• Organize work on the territory.
• Set logistical activities for store coverage.
• Create reports with useful data and information.
• Support and motivate the field team.

Requirements

Are you the right person?

To become a Client Service Executive, you need at least 3 years of experience in the field marketing sector, preferably with solid knowledge of the GDO channel. Knowing Excel is important, but managing people, even remotely, is much more so.
