Client Service Director

Overview

LePub is seeking a Client Service Director for its Milan office. You will be involved in the Account team and report directly to the Account Lead.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining working relationships with clients, attending brand planning workshops and client presentations;
• Managing the workflow to ensure that tasks are delivered on time;
• Staying aware of clients’ competitor activities and delivering insights for clients;
• Managing and coordinating the Account team.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with integrated campaigns in international agencies;
• Experience in international accounting;
• Experience in team coordination management;
• Passionate in communication;
• Ambitious;
• Italian mother-tongue with fluent English;
• Great communicative person with strong teamwork abilities.
