Sewell, NJ | Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM
What You’ll Do (How You’ll Make an Impact)
- Be the friendly, professional first point of contact via phone, email, text, and Microsoft Teams
- Manage the execution of Cleaning and Trade services across the U.S., including scheduling, confirming, and dispatching ISPs
- Track, update, and manage work orders so nothing falls through the cracks
- Follow up to confirm services are completed – then close the loop
- Prioritize work based on urgency and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Collect invoices, signed work orders, and required documentation
- Keep clear, detailed notes so everyone stays informed and aligned
- Help onboard new service providers and support coverage needs
- Problem‑solve in real time, handle basic issues, and escalate when needed
- Multitask like a pro – calls, systems, and updates all at once
- Jump in to support teammates when things get busy

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Starting at $20/hour
- Bonus opportunities
- 40 hours Vacation + 32 hours Personal (Year 1)
