Our client is seeking a Client Engagement Director to lead high-impact consulting engagements with major Italian companies in EITHER Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Energy & Utilities.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, delivering exceptional results alongside senior stakeholders, and driving both pre- and post-deal transaction activities, including post-deal implementation and execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieving financial targets, ensuring profitable growth, and managing business development pipelines. The Director will negotiate engagement scopes and fees, maintain strong CXO-level relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
Operational excellence is essential, with oversight of complex project delivery, team utilization, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate brings deep industry expertise, a strong track record in client engagement, and a thorough understanding of technology trends such as cloud transformation, SAP modernization, cybersecurity, and data & AI.
Demonstrated leadership in building and growing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams is required, along with a proven ability to innovate and drive change.
