Client integration specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join InPost’s Team as a Client Integration Specialist . We are looking for a driven and technically skilled professional with strong interpersonal abilities and a genuine interest in innovation, to support our clients—e-tailers, marketplaces, and logistics partners—through the integration of InPost services.

What you need to succeed

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients (partners and e-tailers).
• Work closely with the international Sales team to unlock cross-market opportunities.
• Gather technical requirements from clients and recommend the most suitable InPost solutions.
• Clearly explain complex technical concepts in an accessible and understandable way.
• Support the entire sales cycle, including the contractual phase.
• Facilitate client onboarding by managing integration activities (API, web services, etc.).
• Use the CRM as a key tool for client analysis and task tracking.
• Create and maintain reports on integration status and performance.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience or strong interest in technical sales and IT solutions.
• Solid technical knowledge of web services, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and SQL .
• Knowledge of Ecommerce and/or Shipping Platforms is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical solutions.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams alongside developers, analysts, and business
