About the role
As a Client Engagement Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for our clients, helping them get the most value from Spoki. You’ll work across teams – from Sales to Marketing to Product – to ensure a seamless, impactful customer experience and drive adoption of our solution in a growing, strategic market.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with clients and strategic partners to help them get the most out of the platform
- Define and implement strategies to drive adoption
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Manage a client portfolio with a goal-oriented approach, maximizing results
We’re looking for someone who
- Has 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- Is customer-oriented and capable of building strong, long-lasting relationships
- Has strong analytical and digital marketing skills
- Speaks English fluently (B2–C1)

- Salary range: €30K – €38K gross annual, based on experience
